HOW IS THE STAR RATING DETERMINED?
The STAR rating assigned to each product is based its Protein Per Calorie (PPC) ratio. The PPC ranges* are below for each STAR rating:

1 STAR is less than 27.5% PPC

2 STAR is between 27.5% and 35% PPC
-
3 STAR is between 35% and 42.5% PPC
-
4 STAR is between 42.5% and 50% PPC
-
5 STAR is more than 50% PPC
